Note that this week is a back off week. Keep the intensity level up but be sure to lessen the volume of your training. If you are someone that likes to double dip, this is the week to chill.

REST WEEK: Take the week off from heavy loading and explore your fitness through other means. This entire week is an active rest/deloading week.
