NO OPEN GYM THIS SATURDAY!

Sorry everyone, but there won’t be any open gyms this Saturday. I’m going to Columbus to watch the Arnold Classic.

So far 16.2 has been a success! Just take a look at how Isaac responded to hitting a 20 increase on his pr in the squat clean during the workout! He didn’t just get it once, but continued to nail it for 7 total reps!
