MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: ADAM KETLER
Not sure if you will find a more loyal and supportive man than Adam Ketler. It’s been a joy trying to get this man back in shape. When he shows up at the box, it’s usually for one of two reasons; either he is there to support his wife and kids (and steal my internet) or he can be found going balls to the walls on a workout. I usually warn him about pacing, but the man is as competitive as they come, so sometimes you might find him with his head in the trash can at the end of class.
Adam took the time to fill out every question posed to him even though I only asked him to choose 12, because in all things he gives 100%!

My favorite part is watching my family come down and enjoy working out and my least favorite is the animal crawl warm-ups

I don’t remember the WOD. I just remember cramping up during the rope-wave warm-up
