What made you interested in doing CrossFit?
I got bored going to “globo-gyms” and repeating the same workouts over and over.
What is your favorite movement?
Cleans
What is your favorite part about CrossFit? Least favorite?
Favorite part of CrossFit is completing the WOD with a motivated group and encouraging each other to be at our best each day.
What was the first WOD you experienced?
Murph
How many days a week do you do CrossFit?
3-4 days each week
What are your favorite songs to workout to?
Bananarama Cruel Summer or Run DMC It’s Tricky

What’s your favorite post workout meal??
Cooked Mushrooms, yellow onions, and green peppers over venison and turkey with a side of spinach, carrots, and potatoes.
What has CrossFit helped you with the most outside of the gym?
Setting an example for my kids that working out is an important building block to a happy healthy life.
What are your long-term/short-term goals?
My own self, at my very best, all the time.

7:00am and 4:45pm
What keeps you coming back?
The challenge and variety of each WOD and the sense of accomplishment post workout.
What has CrossFit changed about your life?
CrossFit helps me to exceed my fitness limits, realize my potential, and build bigger life goals.
What would you say to someone considering doing CrossFit?
CrossFit will be the best workout you will have ever done while being surrounded by a motivated and focused group. Unlike the “globo-gym” model, you will never be wondering what you should be doing next or is today leg day?, because all CrossFit WODs have already been designed and waiting for you to complete at the box. These workouts are effective at challenging your entire body rather than isolating individual muscle groups, thus building a better version of you not just a better part of you. There are no fitness prerequisites, all that is needed is you and a little effort.
