CROSSFIT CLASS:
1. Front Squat:
Work up to a 1 rep max with a 1 sec pause.
2. Conditioning:
For time complete,
1 round of
100 Double Unders
50 Air Squats
25 Push Press 95/65
Then 2 Rounds of
60 Double Unders
30 Air Squats
15 Push Press
Then 3 Rounds of
40 Double Unders
20 Air Squats
10 Push Press
WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:
If you are working the SQUAT EVERYDAY program, you are expected to be more independent in the programming at this point. Please feel free to ask for guidance; however, you may come in anytime I am open to work through the programming as long as you don’t interfere with the normal class. General Physical Preparedness is still the priority for many people. Everything will be posted on the old “Butt Test” whiteboard.
