CROSSFIT CLASS:

Today will be the last day to complete or redo open workout 16.5

If you aren’t doing 16.5, I will have other programming on the whiteboard as usual.

WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:

Today starts a new 12 week training cycle for getting stronger in the Olympic lifts. I will no longer be posting the workouts online, but you may message me for the workout if you can’t make it to the box on any given day. Get ready to get strong!

ALSO, DON’T FORGET TO CHECKOUT OUR BRO BOARD!

Every 3 weeks we will be focusing on a separate part of the body and repeating the movements 3 times per week. This is all OPTIONAL accessory work that will help push you past you plateaus in training. For the next 3 weeks, we will be focusing on the shoulders.
