OPEN GYM 9-11am
There will be an opportunity towards the end of open gym devoted to mobility. We will start sometime between 10:30-11:00.
WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:
- Muscle snatch—-heavy single no more than 5 reps total
- Sn pp+ohs: heavy single 1+1 x 3 total sets
- Snatch balance: heavy single no more than 5 reps total
- Snatch: work up to a heavy single, no more than 5 total reps
- Clean and jerk: work up to a heavy single, no more than 5 total reps.
