CROSSFIT CLASS:
1. Bench Press:
Work up to a ten rep max bench press.
2. Bent over barbell row:
Using 40% of your best deadlift, complete 5 sets of 5 rows
3. Conditioning:
100 /200 Jump rope buy-in
then, 7 rounds of
10 wall balls
5 burpees
then, 100 mountain climbers
WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:
