Introducing Grant Weil! Grant is a go getter that doesn’t like to disappoint. He is also one of the friendliest guys you’ll meet. If you are ever new to a class and Grant is there, he will be the first member you meet and immediately one of your biggest fans. Grant knows how to great everyone with a smile and make them feel welcome. He is also a very focused worker who has quickly gained some conciderable strength in the olympic lifts. 4-5 years on and off
What made you interested in doing Crossfit?
I needed more than just lifting weights
What is your favorite movement?
Cleans and jerks, power cleans
What is your favorite/least favorite thing about Crossfit?
My favorite is when the workout is over and my least favorite is when the workouts begins
What was the first WOD you experienced?
Baseline
How many days a week do you do Crossfit?
5-6 days
What is your favorite song to workout to?
Classic rock and anything I can lose myself in

What has Crossfit helped you with the most outside of the gym?
My everyday life, setting goals and reaching them
What are your long term/short term goals?
To one day have my own business in music and to just make it through the week

Pittsburgh Pirates
If you could be a professional athlete in any sport, what would it be and why?
Bull riding and because I was an amateaur bull rider when I was younger

Obsession and the awesome people I get to see
What is something we may not know about you?
Music is my main love in life and I play three instruments. Also, I love to make people laugh
What has Crossfit changed about your life?
My attitude and to neer give up; if you work hard enough one day you will achieve what you want.
What would you say to someone considering doing Crossfit?
I would tell them to just do it; you will love it once you can move your arms and legs again
Have you set any goals or hit any PRs?
My goal is to compete and I’ve hit plenty of PR’s
